Business Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate business strategies for base operations and maintenance
• Strengthen operational and financial stability to enhance brand recognition
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and capture for business prospects
• Analyze market trends and client preferences to inform decision-making
• Cook up proposal development to meet submission deadlines effectively

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree
• 5+ years of experience in multi-discipline solution design for complex federal facility engineering projects
• 3+ years of business development experience managing complex solutions and capture management in the federal contracting market
• 3+ years of operational program management experience in federal government-related services preferred
• Experience leading the business development life cycle for Prime bids over $30M with a favorable win rate desired
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insights

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
