Role And Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement business strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational plans.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in business strategy or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills And Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in business or finance (preferred).
- Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement (preferred).
