Responsibilities

• Drive development and coordination of business strategies
• Work with executives to set short- and long-term goals
• Manage the business strategic and operational planning process
• Align business processes with enterprise strategy
• Lead the strategy execution of cross-functional teams
• Evaluate operational effectiveness and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of business planning consultation experience
• Experience communicating with senior executives
• Extensive project management experience
• Strong business acumen in financial services

Pay

$114,080 – $205,340 annually
