About the role

OpenTrain is recruiting for a Business Strategy AI Evaluation Consultant to evaluate how AI models reason through complex business problems. You will apply structured consulting methods, business analysis, and clear written communication to improve model responses and support expert‑level performance in AI training and evaluation work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to business strategy and consulting‑style problems.
• Write high‑quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback.
• Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps.
• Work with evolving project guidelines and contribute clear, consistent judgment.
• Help improve the quality and reliability of AI‑generated business analysis.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience at a leading management consulting firm or a similar organization, with part of that experience within the past seven years.
• Strong structured problem‑solving and business analysis skills.
• Excellent written English and the ability to explain complex judgments clearly.
• Undergraduate degree from a top‑ranked university.
• Based in an English‑speaking country.

Pay

The hourly rate for this remote contractor role is $245‑$280 per hour.
