Job Description
Support communications, quality, innovation, and digitalization initiatives across the Americas region to help achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and coordinate business steering and digitalization activities for PI-4 at the regional and international levels across key market operations service areas, including provider management, environmental management, security management, facility management, energy management, project management, risk management, and quality management.
- Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve Region Americas systems and processes related to facility management, energy, security, and space provision.
- Prepare and publish regional and international newsletters to support effective communication across teams.
- Support InfoShare sessions and Marketplace activities by coordinating content, materials, and communication needs.
- Maintain internal intranet sites, organizational charts, and onboarding guides to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven business steering and reporting.
- Digitalize business processes and standards while supporting the maintenance of internal intranet platforms.
- Support the development of automation tools that improve process efficiency and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps to ensure continued functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Special Project as defined by Student and Mentor Jointly
Qualifications
- Business or Business Related, Data Analytics, Communications, Computer Science
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Good organization and project management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German.
- An analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by project team members.
