About the role

Support the business solutions team in providing high-quality customer service. Handle inquiries related to product usage, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Train new team members on product features and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
