About the role
Support the business solutions team in providing high-quality customer service. Handle inquiries related to product usage, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Train new team members on product features and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
