Business Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Consult with customers and partners on aligning outcomes with business solutions at a global enterprise level Analyze and design software solution implementation plans based on customer business state Recommend company's advisory services and assist partners in developing credible SOWs Effectively manage and close complex sales cycles targeting C-suite executives Proactively manage and maintain a sales pipeline Qualifications Proven experience in developing strong relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders Experience in selling services, scoping projects, and creating statements of work (SOWs) Strong history of effective operations in the Medical Device or Automotive industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences Previous experience in a sales role with quota responsibilities Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Benefits Opportunity to influence the technical landscape of the organization Mentorship from experienced architects and developers to fast-track professional development A dynamic and innovative work environment that promotes continuous learning and career advancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
