Business Solutions Manager

Job Overview

Atlantic Group is hiring a Business Solutions Manager in New York, NY for our client, supporting enterprise technology initiatives, business transformation, and cross-functional project delivery within a global investment management environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, document functional specifications, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions while ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Evaluate existing workflows, recommend process enhancements, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and business performance.
• Utilize AI tools and automation technologies to streamline documentation, analysis, testing, project management, and business processes while identifying new opportunities for innovation.
• Support solution adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, user acceptance testing, and ongoing post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, business systems, product management, project management, business transformation, or technology strategy within asset management, financial services, consulting, or a related industry is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives, business process reengineering, change management, business analysis, and digital transformation within complex organizations is required. Experience in asset management, private equity, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with project management tools, enterprise technology platforms, and AI tools to improve workflows and productivity is required.
