About the role

Sparta Global is looking for passionate and committed individuals to kickstart a career in technology. You will complete full-time training in our Business Solutions programme and be assigned to work in a junior role with one of our trusted client partners as a 'Spartan' consultant.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex problems for clients
• Audit and assess business needs
• Provide strategic guidance on technology and solution utilisation
• Work on real-world client projects
• Gain further qualifications and roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Support, PMO, Scrum Master, and Product Owner

Requirements

You must be willing to commit to the full-time training program and relocate/commute for client site deployments.

Qualifications

Transferable experience is ideal but not required. You should be driven and motivated to continuously learn and grow.
