Business Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking high-energy, highly motivated individuals to join our winning sales team. This is a territory-based sales position requiring daily local travel. You will promote a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions, including office technology equipment, interactive boards, managed IT services, VOIP, managed print services, and business supplies.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and client referrals.
• Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist the customer service team in resolving customer issues.
• Handle contract negotiation and submission, and maintain account documentation.
• Collaborate with specialists as a liaison to complete projects and build relationships with existing accounts.

Requirements

• A proven track record of success in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related field involving prospecting for new business and handling rejection.
• Candidates with a combination of education and/or experience in athletics, internships, or work that develops business, competitiveness, and resilience are encouraged to apply.
• Competitive, positive, and goal-driven individuals with a strong desire to work in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.

Pay

Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 or higher. Average first-year earnings are between $60,000 and $70,000, with opportunities to exceed $100,000 within 2–3 years. The role includes a base salary, multiple bonuses, and uncapped commissions.
