Business Solutions Architect -Supply Chain

Solution Strategy & Architecture

Lead the development of solution strategies aligned with field service business models.
Translate customer business challenges into tailored IFS Cloud solutions.
Guide C-level stakeholders through digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of solution architecture with industry best practices.

Pre-Sales Engagement

Conduct discovery workshops to understand “As-is” and define “To-be” states.
Prepare and deliver compelling Proof of Value demonstrations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed functional and technical insights.
Create custom demos and business models that reflect field service KPIs and workflows.

Industry Expertise & Enablement

Maintain deep knowledge of field service industries including common pain points, metrics, and regulatory requirements.
Develop industry-specific toolkits (e.g., presentations, demo scripts, white papers)
Provide feedback to product management based on customer needs and industry trends.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Consulting teams.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and customer events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre-sales consulting or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software (EAM, FSM, ERP) and business process mapping.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to travel throughout North America up to 50%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with IFS Cloud or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling or Value Engineering.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

Salary Range: $130,000 to $160,000 annually + bonus
