About the Role
This role provides specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client's life plan. You will acquire new and deepen existing client relationships by conducting meetings and presenting customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.
The role is open across the market, and the specific Financial Center location will be assigned based on business needs. If hired, you will train at one financial center, and the company may later place you at another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
Responsibilities
- Recommend financial advice and guidance aligned with client financial goals and needs
- Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank
- Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend tailored financial services
- Connect with clients through outreach, pipeline management, and consistent follow-up to meet their needs
- Make decisions on client requests and refer clients to appropriate internal partners based on their needs
- Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during client meetings
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
- Effective customer service skills to manage the full client end-to-end experience and resolve issues
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
- Experience with outbound phone sales

Qualifications
