About the role

The Business Operations Coordinator provides administrative and program management support for key account initiatives. This role coordinates programs such as uniforms, technology, onboarding, training, employee engagement, SOP management, and shared file administration. The coordinator works closely with operations leaders, vendors, and support teams to ensure programs are organized, compliant, and operating efficiently while providing a high level of service to employees. This position is onsite Monday through Friday in the Vinings area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support account programs, including uniforms, technology assets, business cards, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Track inventory, maintain program records, and monitor vendor performance to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Assist with ordering and distributing uniforms, technology equipment, and business cards for employees.
  • Organize and support new hire onboarding activities, training sessions, and orientation programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for account meetings, town halls, training events, and the Schoolhouse program.
  • Maintain account Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) trackers and ensure timely reviews and updates.
  • Organize and maintain shared file systems and account documentation.
  • Support expense reconciliation and administrative tasks related to training and travel programs.
  • Assist with operational reporting, invoicing, escalation tracking, and other account support functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure consistent program execution.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, operations support, program coordination, or business support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience maintaining records, tracking data, and coordinating logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training, vendor management, or operational programs preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with employees, vendors, and leaders across multiple teams and regions.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Schedule

This position is onsite Monday through Friday in the Vinings area.
