What You Will Do

  • Manage inbound sales requests including software, hardware, licensing, renewals, and project-related sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Register deals and take advantage of vendor programs to get the best deal possible.
  • Collaborate with vendors and key contacts to organize meetings for partners.
  • Process renewals and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
  • Communicate pricing, timelines, and solution details to partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in PSA, CRM, and quoting systems.
  • Follow repeatable sales and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineers.
  • Continually organize and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Learn and stay current on Bytes solutions and vendors.

  • Exposure to IT services or technology sales.
