What You Will Do
- Manage inbound sales requests including software, hardware, licensing, renewals, and project-related sales support.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals.
- Register deals and take advantage of vendor programs to get the best deal possible.
- Collaborate with vendors and key contacts to organize meetings for partners.
- Process renewals and coordinate with vendors and distributors.
- Communicate pricing, timelines, and solution details to partners.
- Maintain accurate records in PSA, CRM, and quoting systems.
- Follow repeatable sales and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Engineers.
- Continually organize and prioritize multiple requests.
- Learn and stay current on Bytes solutions and vendors.
