Business Sales Account Executive

About the role

This position supports a sales territory that requires travel in and around the Billings, Montana area. It is a mobile working model, with the majority of time spent out in the field for in-person meetings and customer visits.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and qualify leads within the respective territory using cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
  • Consult with customers to identify their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve them.
  • Grow existing accounts and retain the customer base.
  • Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about innovative business solutions.
  • Effectively present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
  • Confidently demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of wireless and mobility products and groundbreaking integrated software solutions.
  • Track and report progress through the consistent use of a variety of sales force automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within your assigned geographic sales territory.
  • Valid driver’s license. Additional qualifications may include a degree, two or more years of business-to-business or outside sales experience, technology sales and educational experience, strong presentation skills, and ability to build and maintain business relationships with all levels of client organizations.

Pay

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn more.

Schedule

Depending on the role, employees have the opportunity to receive compensation in the form of premium pay such as overtime, shift differential, holiday pay, allowances, etc. Newly hired employees receive up to 15 days of vacation per year, which grows with additional service. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
