About the role
We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale our GTM organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions
- Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality
- Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales
- Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor across all recruiting activity
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Experience recruiting for GTM and business roles within B2B SaaS companies
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with a track record of engaging high-quality business talent
- Able to assess a wide range of profiles across sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing functions
- Highly organized with strong process management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create excellent candidate experiences
- Data-oriented mindset with an understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Noon, LinkedIn Recruiter, and WAAS
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and recruiting metrics
