Business Protection and Continuity Management Operations Lead

As a Business Protection and Continuity Management Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our business continuity and contingency planning programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, enabling, and governance groups throughout the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process
• Facilitate and support Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and testing activities
• Review, validate, and consolidate BIA results, contingency plans, and critical resource requirements
• Provide recommendations and guidance on business continuity and contingency planning strategies
• Support the execution of BCP testing exercises, post-mortem reviews, and after-action reporting
• Escalate risks, issues, and action items to management and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct and support 3rd party Business Continuity Plan assessments
• Review business continuity provisions and service level agreements with vendors and external partners
• Afford support for organizing awareness programs, trainings, and business continuity initiatives across the organization
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301, BSP Circular 951, BSP Circular 1203, and related regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with different teams to improve business continuity processes and emergency preparedness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, or related areas
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301, BSP Circular 951, BSP Circular 1203, MORNBFI, and BSP Circular 808
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Business Continuity certification is a plus
