Business Proposal Analyst

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Business Process Analyst supporting a DoD Customer's Classified Network Services. The mission will include Operations, Compliance, Cyber Security, Customer Service, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
• Lead advisory-level process improvement initiatives in complex, technical, or mission-focused environments.
• Utilize process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
• Engage in business process analysis, process re-engineering, workflow optimization, or enterprise transformation.
• Work effectively in high-security, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 3 to 5 years with an MS/MA, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting government, defense, or intelligence community programs.
• Familiarity with mission assurance, quality systems, program management frameworks, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Skills

• Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Location

Potential onsite locations in either Annapolis Junction, MD or Joint Base-Anacostia Bolling.

Pay

Salary range: $113,134.76 - $119,789.75. Salary is determined by factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, position requirements, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
