Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
• Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
• Facilitate payroll and tax services for customers.
• Respond to legal requests and prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with web development frameworks and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
