Business Program Manager - Partner Governance
About the role
Works closely with Channel Operations, business process owners, technology teams, and key stakeholders to identify operational improvement opportunities, define business requirements, evaluate solution options, and deliver business value through scalable partner operations processes and systems.
Serves as the business administrator and operational owner for partner management platforms and associated workflows, supporting partner onboarding, registrations, revenue share administration, data governance, reporting enablement, and partner lifecycle management. Collaborates with internal and external resources to optimize operational processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and support channel growth.
Responsibilities
- Works on programs of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in owned areas of expertise.
- Manages partner operations programs through the application of Business Process Improvement concepts including process design, stakeholder engagement, workflow management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and operational governance.
- Serves as business administrator for partner operations platforms, coordinating user administration, workflow execution, onboarding activities, platform enhancements, testing, and release readiness.
- Manages alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building relationships with Channel Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, Business Intelligence teams, third-party vendors, and leadership.
- Researches, validates, reconciles, and analyzes operational and partner program data to identify trends, process gaps, data quality concerns, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting operational metrics including partner onboarding effectiveness, registration processing, platform adoption, revenue share administration, service levels, operational controls, and data quality outcomes.
- Serves as business administrator and operational subject matter expert for partner operations platforms and supporting technologies. Defines business requirements, coordinates enhancement requests, validates reporting outputs, and partners with Product, Salesforce, BI, EDW, Snowflake, vendor, and implementation resources to deliver operational solutions.
- Creates and maintains operational documentation, process maps, governance standards, training materials, business requirements, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Project/Program Management or similar - Preferred
- 5 years of experience in Project/Program management experience or certifications a plus.
- Excellent group facilitation skills – real experience with groups implementing multiple initiatives preferred.

Pay
The starting base pay range for this position is $83,230-$130,790 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If hired, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
