About the role
This role places you at the vital intersection of product innovation and regulatory integrity, where your expertise will directly impact the smooth operation and global reach of financial offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance intake and workflows, overseeing the end-to-end process for payments compliance requests.
- Drive complex product/regulatory sign-offs, facilitating and accelerating multi-stakeholder approval processes using internal tools.
- Maintain and optimize internal dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow velocity, and compliance metrics.
- Draft and distribute highly polished internal updates, including regular stakeholder newsletters, project trackers, and executive summaries to keep cross-functional partners aligned.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring zero slippage on critical compliance timelines.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within compliance, legal, fintech, banking, or a similarly complex, highly regulated environment.
- Workflow Mastery: Proven experience managing high-volume intake systems and driving complex, multi-tiered sign-off/approval processes across cross-functional teams.
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in data reporting, spreadsheet management, and dashboard maintenance (e.g., spreadsheet tools, data visualization tools).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a large technology company or deep familiarity with internal tools, infrastructure, and processes for approvals and workflow management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex operational updates into clean, engaging internal newsletters and stakeholder communications.
- An interest in or familiarity with global payments regulations, financial technology, or risk management frameworks.
- A highly organized, proactive, and self-directed approach, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
