About the role

The position serves as a critical liaison between Large Power Solutions (LPS) and the broader organization, responsible for leading and executing the department’s Strategic Roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Document, evaluate, and map LPS workflows and procedures; recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate execution of the LPS strategic roadmap by leading cross-functional coordination efforts, supporting strategic planning activities, monitoring initiative performance, and implementing project management and governance practices.
  • Develop and execute customer and stakeholder communication and engagement plans for department initiatives.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and refining department policies.
  • Triage complex and/or non-standard customer requests.
  • Manage department programs and products, including customer load management program, growth management strategies, contract renewals, and contract management.
  • Perform business, financial, operational, or data analysis.
  • Support strategic and operational execution for the Senior Manager of LPS.
  • Facilitate customer understanding of industry issues, rates, and pending legislation.
  • Operate a GPUD vehicle for business purposes, if needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Energy Management, Planning or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Five (5) years’ progressive experience in project management, customer service, delivery, marketing, and/or management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to Grant PUD’s mission, vision, values, strategic plan, and Grant PUD/IBEW Local 77 Code of Excellence.
  • Experience in a public utility, government, or regulated industry environment.
  • Experience supporting initiatives in project management, program management, capital and/or O&M planning, budgeting, compliance, or operational performance initiatives.

Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of concepts, principles, theories, and methods surrounding large customer care; sales and account management methods; project management tools and techniques; financial competences; contract and service negotiation and follow up; energy regulations and efficiency.
  • Technical experience in Distribution and Transmission services; project management; written and oral interpersonal communication; identifying and analyzing potential problems; utilizing MS office products; customized financial, billing, and customer service software, tools, and applications.

Pay

$121,165.00 to $209,233.00 annually Midpoint: $165,199.00 annually
