Business Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs that support a smooth transition for customers and internal stakeholders. You will define program goals, success metrics, milestones, and governance while building scalable processes and playbooks that improve consistency and efficiency. The position also partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive readiness, resolve post-implementation issues, and identify opportunities for automation and stronger operational performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Own onboarding programs from planning through execution and ongoing improvement Define program goals, metrics, milestones, and governance models Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, processes, and playbooks Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding readiness Serve as an internal subject matter expert for addressing post-implementation issues Coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies across organizations Analyze onboarding workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, Operations, Software Implementation, or Enablement Experience managing cross-functional business initiatives Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with SaaS products and software deployment processes Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, Scrum Experience with CRM, Chorus, or onboarding platforms, and data analysis Benefits Supportive work environment that fosters professional growth Opportunities for continuous improvement and process innovation Engagement with a variety of cross-functional teams Focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting insights Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
