Business Product Manager, Talent Studio

Responsibilities
- Establish the strategy and business requirements for AI-powered talent products, including understanding and supporting multiple user role types (managers, leaders, HR, etc.).
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to make talent products and solutions optimally helpful across a wide range of individual user journeys.
- Build and evolve high-potential AI prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet the needs of a global workforce.
- Convert ambiguous user needs and high-level strategy into concrete business requirements, functional specifications, and user journey maps for tech Product Managers, UX, and Engineering, while fostering partnerships.
- Oversee products and serve as a trusted advisor and spokesperson from ideation through implementation, ensuring a feedback-rich environment that allows for rapid strategy pivots based on user data.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Product Management, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, business administration, HR strategy, talent management, or management consulting.
- Experience working across HR and product teams on programs.
- Experience building AI-powered tools for employees or consumers.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions.
- Experience working with engineering or operations teams with strong technical acumen.
- Understanding of product life-cycle and product development best practices (not simply program or project management).
- Understanding of key talent and career trends.
- Ability to influence and exceed as a part of cross-functional teams, effectively managing competing priorities, ensuring alignment, and influencing design and product decisions.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $219000 - $306000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
