About the role

In this role, you define and lead complex, high-impact business process transformation initiatives for customers across industries. You translate enterprise strategies, executive priorities, and industry trends into fit-to-standard, future-ready business process landscapes aligned with SAP best practices and industry-leading approaches. You act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, accountable for the strategic direction, quality, and business impact of process transformation engagements. Your work directly influences customer operating models, transformation roadmaps, and long-term value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted industry and process expert, applying deep and end-to-end Regulated Manufacturing knowledge in the Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain to guide the design and optimization of customer business processes aligned with industry standards and sustainable operational excellence.
  • Define and lead end-to-end business process transformation programs aligned with customer strategy and enterprise objectives.
  • Act as a chief process authority, setting standards, best practices, and reference models for business process design and transformation.
  • Translate complex, strategic business challenges into coherent process architectures and transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on business innovation, value-based transformation, and operating model evolution.
  • Evaluate industry and technology trends to shape future-ready process strategies and guide portfolio and investment decisions.
  • Define success metrics, value drivers, and governance models to ensure measurable and sustainable business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide senior process consultants, fostering excellence, consistency, and innovation across the community.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to leveraging AI in everyday workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs through thoughtful context design and system integration.
  • Recognized expert in the Life Sciences (Biopharma) domain with deep end-to-end expertise in Regulated Manufacturing enabling the guidance and shaping of complex customer engagements and the definition of industry-aligned, high-impact solutions.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience within the Regulated Manufacturing domain required.
  • Proven ability to work in an Agentic AI context, shaping and applying AI agents that act autonomously within defined boundaries, collaborate with human stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes in customer-centric environments.
  • Deepest level of professional expertise in business process consulting and enterprise transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead and govern complex, multi-dimensional transformation initiatives in high-ambiguity environments.
  • Strong command of business process management, process-to-solution mapping, and change management at enterprise scale.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior executives on strategic, high-impact business and transformation decisions.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor or thought leader in business process transformation, internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling alignment across executive, business, and delivery stakeholders.

Pay

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 254,800–613,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
