About the role
The Koch Enterprise Finance team is hiring a Business Process Supervisor who is passionate about our Principle Based Management (PBM) culture, developing and empowering talent, driving transformation, and partnering across the organization with various business partners and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach employees on our PBM culture by building capability, developing talent, and setting clear expectations—translating the organization’s vision into actionable team objectives and priorities and empowering each individual to maximize their contributions.
- Provide operational oversight of supplier onboarding and vendor master data activities across multiple ERP systems — actively managing workload, throughput, turnaround, and quality to meet business demands.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor operations, identify trends, and translate insights into stories that drive informed business decisions.
- Ensure consistent adherence to internal financial controls and process standards — safeguarding company assets, balancing business demands, and proactively identifying, challenging, and closing gaps in existing practices to drive greater value.
- Build trusted partnerships with key business leaders by understanding their environment, proactively driving innovation and optimization, and adapting to changing business conditions—communicating, influencing, and challenging constructively to create mutual benefit.
- Lead end-to-end initiatives using strong project management while championing adaptability and continuous improvement—communicating the vision for change and empowering the team to embrace new processes and technologies.
Requirements
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing others; either formally or informally.
- Experience partnering with and communicating cross-functionally to stakeholders throughout all levels within an organization, including the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives — planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple deadlines to completion.
- Experience digging into business problems through curiosity, applying critical and economic thinking, and clearly communicating findings to drive informed, value-creating decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience leading or collaborating with remote or global teams to deliver results across diverse business environments.
- Previous experience with supplier master data and/or supplier onboarding.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize operational processes, ensuring adherence to internal financial controls and/or process standards, while challenging and closing gaps to drive greater efficiency and value.
- Proven ability to lead or influence transformation by championing new technologies, automation, and innovative ways of working, empowering others to adapt quickly and maximize value creation.
- Demonstrated experience in talent development and coaching with PBM.
