Business Process Lead - Infor M3 - Remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop valuable products
• Create and prioritize product roadmaps with the Product Owner
• Guide the Agile Release Train (ART) for successful delivery
• Oversee Scrum team for on-time, quality delivery
• Lead planning sessions to present vision and features
• Participate in solution demos and assess business value achieved

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer systems design, computer science, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years managing software applications and systems
• 5+ years leading technology teams
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, CPQ, TMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Pay

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
