About the role

As a Business Process Architect R2R -SAP S/4HANA, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing global finance processes as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and standardized solutions that support strong business performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Record-to-Report processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver standardized solutions
• Lead process design activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting outcomes
• Support system integration across finance and related business functions
• Contribute to testing, data validation, and implementation activities
• Support change management and training to enable successful adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Record-to-Report processes within a global organization
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
• Proven ability to design and improve end-to-end business processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Professional accounting or SAP certification is an advantage
