About the role
The Business Process and Engagement Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening the resiliency and effectiveness of Admin’s teams and services. You will serve as a resource, technical expert, and facilitator by championing and leading high-impact employee engagement, training, and workforce development programming; process improvement initiatives; and new employee orientation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead employee experience initiatives, such as skill building sessions, lunch and learns, mentorship programs, or other development training opportunities.
- Develop and facilitate training for increased skill development and employee engagement.
- Analyze statistical and technical information and communicate in plain language to non-technical audiences.
- Establish effective working relationships with leadership, work groups, agency teams, and staff.
- Research, analyze, create, and improve business processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the OpEx team to facilitate engagement activities and support the implementation of agency initiatives for Admin.
- Manage and oversee project management, program development, solution design, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and implementation.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in project management, program development, solution design, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and/or implementation.
- Experience developing and/or leading employee experience initiatives, such as skill building sessions, lunch and learns, mentorship programs, or other development training opportunities.
- Experience developing and facilitating training for increased skill development and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to develop effective and engaged trainings.
- Ability to analyze statistical and technical information and communicate in plain language to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and human relations skills to establish effective working relationships with leadership, work groups, agency teams, and staff.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, concepts, and methods.
- Experience with developing, leading, and/or supporting new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement theories, methods, strategies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Design Thinking.
- Experience creating employee trainings and professional development plans.
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning or other e-learning tools.
- Technical writing experience to create business manuals, templates, memos, and other technical related documents.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.

Pay
$28.75 - $42.16 / hourly; $60,030 - $88,030 / annually

Day Shift: Monday - Friday
