About the role

The Business Process Analyst will evaluate, measure, document, and monitor business processes. This individual will design and implement integrated test plans and models, and execute these processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions.
  • Develop test plans and create test cases based on business requirements.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and communicate results.
  • Document test case execution, test results, and defects in detail.
  • Facilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements.
  • Enter non-conformances for items found outside the assigned task.
  • Schedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule and quality objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process/IT advancements.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with deep knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, versatile, and capable of performing work independently.
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and text editors.
  • Ability to use problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Coachability: receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement, and responsive to change.
  • Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing experience preferred in a business process environment.
  • FACS/Ontario Systems/Diver Platform experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.

Qualifications

College Degree Preferred.
