Business Portfolio & Value Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning discussions to support resource allocation and sequencing across portfolios.
• Cook up regular planning sessions to align portfolios and understand current work streams and outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio processes and metrics, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Create governance practices to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Create executive-level reports and metrics to visualize complex information.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a Portfolio Management Office or similar setting.
• Advanced knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment.
• Expert communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
