  • Identify business process and technology opportunities across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain, finance, and shared services functions with potential impact to M&A scenarios.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment, resolve issues, and enable timely decision-making.
  • Oversee development of high-quality client deliverables, including executive presentations, financial analyses, operating models, implementation roadmaps, and status reporting.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risk while ensuring consistent, high-quality client delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Build trusted client relationships, identify opportunities for additional services, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and managers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Support practice growth through recruiting, training, thought leadership, methodology development, and knowledge sharing.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, procurement, supply chain, commercial, legal, and product organizations.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management, communication planning, governance structures, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing business performance, financial models, operational metrics, and value creation opportunities.
  • Experience improving core business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, supply chain planning, and working capital optimization.
  • Prioritization of managing multiple projects, executive stakeholders, and competing priorities in fast-paced transaction environments.
