About the role

This role supports the first stage of Saint Phoenix's business-development process by contacting business owners, identifying early interest, scheduling qualified consultations, maintaining accurate CRM notes, and handing qualified opportunities to an Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Assigned prospect outreach
• Professional outbound calls using approved messaging
• Basic interest and fit qualification
• Consultation scheduling
• Organized callbacks and follow-up
• Accurate CRM notes and status updates
• Clean handoff to the Account Executive
