Primary Responsibilities
- Support execution of the Enterprise Capabilities Program by tracking required activities, milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
- Maintain program workplans, timelines, action logs, and execution trackers.
- Cookmate inputs across internal teams to ensure enterprise capability requirements are understood, aligned, and completed on schedule.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and supporting materials.
- Identify execution risks, gaps, or delays and escalate with recommended mitigation actions.
- Work closely with Caterpillar to identify best practices, changes, and priorities.
- Provide operational support across multiple digital initiatives (eCommerce, telematics, digital onboarding, adoption, enablement, and related platforms).
- Track cross-program dependencies, action items, and ownership to ensure alignment and reduce execution friction.
- Help standardize operational artifacts such as templates, trackers, scorecards, and reporting formats.
- Act as a coordination point between business teams, IT, vendors, and field stakeholders.
- Translate enterprise initiatives into clear operational tasks and expectations.
- Ensure information flows consistently across teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Maintain program-level KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards tied to enterprise capabilities and digital execution.
- Compile insights from multiple data sources into clear, leadership-ready summaries.
- Monitor progress against commitments and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support leadership decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
