About the role

Improve workflow control while supporting a tours-and-activities marketplace connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support. The role focuses on business operations specialized execution within the tours and activities marketplace, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Business Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
  • Review the workflow to document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
  • Maintain the workflow by keeping recurring work organized by owner and status.
  • Track incoming requests for completeness and route work to the correct next step.
  • Ensure workflow control is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
  • Apply process improvement and follow-up confidently in business operations execution.
  • Provide project support without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Use sound judgment in Travel Advisor Partner Support, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Qualifications

Quality contributions are visible when workflow control is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
