Business Operations Specialist
About the role
An entry point for someone who wants to learn how a business actually runs. Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to work alongside our leadership and operations teams and get hands-on exposure to what it takes to run and grow a multi-location business. This isn't a traditional administrative assistant position. You might help solve a scheduling problem Monday, work on recruiting Tuesday, analyze an operational issue Wednesday, help improve a process Thursday, and be handed a completely new project Friday. The goal is simple: learn fast, contribute quickly, and become increasingly valuable to the business.
Responsibilities
You'll work across different parts of the company depending on priorities, including operations, customer experience, recruiting, people operations, scheduling, administration and special projects.
