Responsibilities
- Aid the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring program activities.
- Lead and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, and various personnel activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and optimize asset management tasks, including the procurement of software/hardware, and the handling and tracking of government-furnished equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Innovate and improve business operations by independently collaborating with the technical team to create efficient Power Automate Flows and insightful Power BI dashboards.
- Design, maintain, and layout SharePoint pages to enhance team collaboration and information accessibility, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Initiate, monitor, and lead the CAC/SAAR process to ensure compliance and efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Manage subcontracts, including financials and oversight, and perform other duties as needed to support program success.
- Manage and oversee various system access accounts for contract personnel, ensuring security and compliance.
- Utilize existing knowledge bases and established policies to provide effective support, while also independently identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to employee requests professionally, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality of issues handled.
- Research and interpret company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Offer education and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and coaching them towards excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to obtain a favorable NACI background investigation.
- Typically has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and related tools.
- Proven experience in independent decision-making and coaching roles.
- Aptitude for effectively communicating with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and executives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also being self-reliant.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
