Responsibilities
- Support adults with severe mental illness through individualized services including counseling, case management, group therapy, and prescription-drug management.
- Provide mental health and substance use assessment and treatment services to children, families, and adults in Butler and Clermont counties.
- Offer trauma-focused therapeutic visitation and other services to help children and families in Butler and Clermont counties.
- Implement evidence-based practices and direct-service programs to prepare children for success in school and home environments.
- Conduct in-depth assessments and treatment for those involved in the criminal justice system, focusing on mental health and addiction issues.
- Ensure a standardized entry to a system of care that guarantees availability, accessibility, and high-quality services for the Hamilton County public mental health system.
Requirements
Experience in behavioral health, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
