Your Role

You’ll be part of a small, high-leverage team responsible for tackling the organization's most important business challenges. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, design and operationalize new processes, and work directly with senior leadership to drive measurable impact. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants accountability for delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup.
  • 4-year undergraduate degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related).
  • Proven ability to independently problem-solve and drive complex projects under ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with complex business data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and operationalize new processes, systems, or programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in SF or willing to relocate; hybrid role.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with internal AI tooling such as Claude Cowork.
  • Prior exposure to both Product and GTM organizations.
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required.

The salary range for this role is $153,000–$189,000 OTE. Final compensation is determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, and location.
