Savant is seeking a Business Operations Manager to serve as a strategic operating partner to the Chief Investment and Advice Officer. You'll work across Savant's Advice organization, including Financial Planning, Wealth Strategy, Wealth Transfer, Tax Strategy, Investment Research, and Trading, helping connect strategy to execution while driving accountability, visibility, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business operations, project management, process improvement, and executive partnership.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Chief of Advice to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring key projects stay on track and barriers are removed.
- Drive accountability around goals, priorities, reporting, and execution.
- Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and reporting that provide visibility into organizational performance.
- Serve as a key connector between Advice and cross-functional partners including Human Capital, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and M&A Integration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Support change management and adoption efforts as Savant continues to grow and evolve.
What Success Looks Like
- Create meaningful leverage for senior leadership.
- Help keep strategic priorities moving forward despite competing demands.
- Improve visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and progress across the Advice organization.
- Bring greater consistency to goals, reporting, and execution.
- Partner with leaders to solve problems proactively rather than reactively.
- Help build scalable operating practices that support Savant's continued growth.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, facilitate, and build relationships across an organization.
- Experience using metrics, reporting, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, or similar tools to drive accountability and decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfort operating in a growing, evolving environment where priorities may shift and new opportunities regularly emerge.
Preferred Experience
- Wealth management, RIA, banking, insurance, or broader financial services experience.
- Process improvement or operational excellence experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Change management, integration, or organizational transformation experience.
- Familiarity with AI and technology tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and productivity.
Why Join Savant?
This is more than a project management role. You will have a front-row seat to the growth and evolution of a nationally recognized wealth management firm while partnering directly with senior leadership on some of the organization's most important priorities. If you're energized by solving complex problems, creating order from ambiguity, influencing without authority, and helping leaders and teams perform at their best, we'd love to hear from you.
