What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal processes
- Manage AP/AR and operational workflows
- Cook up employee and client onboarding/offboarding
- Handle inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and present service offerings
- Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records
- Support executive scheduling, logistics, and event coordination
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years in business operations, project management, or corporate administration
- 2+ years in B2B sales development, account management, or consultative sales
- Experience creating and improving SOPs
- Strong HubSpot CRM skills (Nice to Have)
- Advanced Google Workspace proficiency
