• Benefits administration coordination
• Team culture and employee development initiatives
• Business Development Systems
• Lead management processes
• Client experience systems
• Lead conversion tracking
• Business development reporting and accountability
• Marketing Operations
• Marketing planning and budget coordination
• Marketing KPI and analytics review
• Oversight of marketing execution and vendors
• Brand consistency and communication standards
• Administrative Systems & Compliance
• SOP governance and process improvement
• Administrative workflow development
• Company documentation standards
• Insurance and subcontractor compliance
• Risk management and operational accountability

Leadership Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the Business Operations Coordinator
• Provides leadership, training, accountability, and workload management
• Ensures administrative tasks are delegated appropriately

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
• Experience in Quickbooks online
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Grand Junction, CO area
