- Personnel file management
- Performance review processes
- Benefits administration coordination
- Team culture and employee development initiatives
- Business Development Systems
- Lead management processes
- Client experience systems
- Lead conversion tracking
- Business development reporting and accountability
- Marketing Operations
- Marketing planning and budget coordination
- Marketing KPI and analytics review
- Oversight of marketing execution and vendors
- Brand consistency and communication standards
- Administrative Systems & Compliance
- SOP governance and process improvement
- Administrative workflow development
- Company documentation standards
- Insurance and subcontractor compliance
- Risk management and operational accountability
- Directly supervises the Business Operations Coordinator
- Provides leadership, training, accountability, and workload management
- Ensures administrative tasks are delegated appropriately
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
- Experience in Quickbooks online
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Grand Junction, CO area
- Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!)
- 80 hours PTO per year (including sick leave; begins accruing immediately)
- $300/month health stipend
- Appleton Clinics membership (50% employer-paid)
- SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match (eligible after 90 days)
