Business Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data management processes and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business units to identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and operational effectiveness.
- Support automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and data utilization.
- Work with Data Custodians/Stewards and other roles to improve data quality, accessibility, and value for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in working with large datasets, data analytics, ETL processing, operations, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, data visualization tools).
- Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption.
- An ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience of interaction with multiple cross functional teams.
- Excellent program & project management skills.
- Excellent communications & presentation skills, with the ability to develop & present strong data driven business proposals.

Pay
The starting salary range posted for this position is $125,500.00 to $159,200.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.

For quota-based sales roles on Cisco’s sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
