Responsibilities

  • Work on a challenging assignment or project in business operations to stretch your learning and skillsets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, propose improvements, and help solve operational challenges.
  • Create intuitive tools and reports to help business functions better manage their daily operations.
  • Support Aero New Units Execution teams in data-driven planning, process improvements, and project tracking.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a full-time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field.
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding).

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of AI tools (Co-Pilot, Claude, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages like VBA, Python, etc.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in improving operational efficiency and contributing to innovative solutions using AI and data analytics.
  • Previous internship or project experience in operations or engineering.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for this U.S.-based position is between $21 and $34 per hour. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
