About the role
The Business Operations Lead at Patch will build the systems, analytics, and AI-native workflows that enable the revenue teams to move faster and smarter, while ensuring the rest of the company stays informed about business performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into business performance, risks, and decision points.
- Identify and close ownership gaps in processes between GTM, Finance, and Operations.
- Lay the groundwork for reliable AI-powered analysis through unified infrastructure, quality data inputs, and shared data tools.
- Develop and implement AI-native workflows such as signal-based routing, GenAI-assisted pipeline inspection, agent-driven deal tracking, and automated data hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with GTM teams, including revenue forecasting, quota and territory design, and pipeline health.
- Support the business planning cycle by providing data infrastructure, modeling, and operational analysis for Annual Planning, headcount decisions, and goal tracking.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth company.
- Experience building and deploying AI-native workflows in a GTM or business operations context.
- Proficiency in modern GTM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Dust, and Metabase.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort with getting directly involved in data analysis.
- Able to think cross-functionally and understand the impact of decisions across different areas of the business.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work with incomplete or evolving systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering results.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build trust across various departments.
