Key Responsibilities
- Operational Infrastructure
- Refine existing workflows to support exponential growth.
- Design and document standard operating procedures for a large-scale enterprise.
- Design and roll out practical tools for efficient project lifecycle management.
- Take ownership of internal reporting and develop reliable, automated dashboards.
- Manage the business development pipeline and ensure high-quality, market-informed proposals.
- Own the hand-off between winning work and project execution, ensuring clear budgets, staffing plans, and defined workflows.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Financial & Business Health
- Own the Fractile P&L and communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Translate operational data into actionable strategic intelligence in leadership meetings.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, construction management, or high-growth operations.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical abilities, including expert proficiency in Excel, and experience with databases, SAP, or other analytical tools.
- A desire to build processes from scratch rather than just managing existing ones.
- An understanding of basic finance concepts (P&L, AR/AP, Forecasting).
- The ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $170,000, with additional benefits such as health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan.
