Business Operations Intern

Job Responsibility

• Contribute to marketing activities through research, content coordination, reporting, and project follow-up.
• Aid with campaign execution, market analysis, and preparation of customer-facing or internal materials.
• Help collect and organize data to evaluate program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches, events, communications, or planning activities.
• Support clear messaging, teamwork, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience related to marketing, communications, or business development is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, presentation tools, and digital collaboration tools; familiarity with analytics or CRM tools is a plus.
• An interest in market research, content, customer engagement, and business growth activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, creative, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
