Essential Functions

  • Partner with teams across the organization to assist with daily operational needs.
  • Gather information, analyze data, and support strategic and operational projects.
  • Capture notes and key takeaways from meetings to track follow-up actions.
  • Affix reports, metrics, and presentation materials.
  • Support financial, resource, and purchasing activities.
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at streamlining internal processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry and digital file organization.
  • Provide support across business development, HR, and contract functions.
  • Aid in creating communications and updating internal guidelines and forms.
  • Cook up company gatherings and internal events.
  • Aid in producing marketing materials and written submissions for opportunities.
  • Contribute to training content and identify potential new business leads.

Required Education And Experience

  • Current Junior/Senior pursuing a degree in a business-related field at an accredited university
