Business Operations Intern

Essential Functions And Primary Duties

• Provide accurate administrative support to leadership team members and other stakeholders, including copying, scanning, FedEx coordination, mail and package delivery, and general office support.
• Aid with calendar management, meeting preparation, receptionist coverage, guest and visitor support, and expense report processing.
• Prepare and update basic business documents using Microsoft Office, including memos, spreadsheets, and related administrative materials.
• Assist with regional administrative special projects and other office priorities as needed.
• Respond professionally to questions from internal and external clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate resource when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to use AI tools, such as Copilot.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
