A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated and professional Business Operations Intern to join their growing team in Canton, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain valuable experience in Sales, Human Resources, Accounting, Recruiting, Operations, and Administrative Support while working directly with company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research
- Sell initiatives and customer outreach efforts
- Maintain CRM and sales records
- Aid in recruiting and onboarding activities
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative accounting tasks
- Support invoice and documentation management
- Maintain organized financial records
- Aid in special projects
- Support office operations and daily administrative tasks
- Improve processes and maintain organizational efficiency
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Professional and dependable
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Interest in business, sales, HR, management, accounting, or operations

Pay & Schedule
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Minimum of 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling around college classes and semester schedules
- Additional hours available during summer breaks and holiday periods
